Message	3 layers of fiberglass (cloth) from the backside; (2 x 2" squares) let cure. fill hole from topside with an epoxy based filler. Check with your local body shop supply source. (wholesale). they usually have tons of different types of fillers/bonding agents and sample boards that indicate different types.
